Notice of Information Collected

We do not collect personally identifiable information (e.g., name, address, phone number, email address) unless you provide it to us.  No other attempts are made by LUCENT PRICING LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Lucent Pricing”) to identify individual users or their personal usage habits.  We collect only aggregate information about the numbers of individuals who visit our web site and what those individuals look at.  This website uses industry-standard software to create summary statistics, which are used for such things as assessing what information is of most and least interest, determining technical design specifications, and identifying system performance or problem areas.

Access and User Rights

When you click on our site’s Facebook, X, LinkedIn or YouTube icons, your browser will open a new window linking you to the associated website and you are subject to that website’s privacy policy.  Each platform posts a Privacy Policy for you to review regarding their service, the types of information they collect and how they use and share it.  We highly recommend you understand the privacy policies of the services you use.

In addition, when you click on either the LinkedIn, Facebook or X social share icon, each of the icons open in a new window to share the content that’s applied to what you’re trying to share. 

We also use Hubspot in order to better understand our users’ needs and to optimize this service and experience.  Hubspot is a technology service that helps us better understand our users experience (e.g. how much time they spend on which pages, which links they choose to click, what users do and don’t like, etc.) and this enables us to build and maintain our service with user feedback.  Hubspot uses cookies and other technologies to collect data on our users’ behavior and their devices (in particular device’s IP address (captured and stored only in anonymized form), device screen size, device type (unique device identifiers), browser information, geographic location (country only), preferred language used to display our website). Choice and Consent

When you subscribe to communications from Lucent Pricing (newsletters, email alerts, etc.) you can expect we will contact you about ways to get involved in your community regarding online safety; you will receive updates from Lucent Pricing about free resources and upcoming events; we do not share our contact lists (period); at times we use our lists to inform people of important events in healthcare, patient privacy, healthcare costs, and by our partners (industry, non-governmental organizations and government); you can expect to hear from Lucent Pricing on average a couple of times per quarter; you can opt out at any time.

We restrict access to Personal Information about you to those employees who need to know that information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard Personal Information.  For site security purposes and to ensure that this service remains available to all users, this website employs industry-standard methods to monitor network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information or otherwise cause damage. As required by applicable law, we will afford you the right to access your Personal Information, under certain circumstances to find out to whom your Personal Information has been disclosed, and request correction or deletion of your Personal Information. However, the current policy is to maintain customers’ Personal Information for no less than the state’s required record retention requirements for the purpose of handling future coverage claims.
